Package Details: This package is designed to get you started on the right track and find your best self. Learning new habits is hard. We will work together to get started and create lifestyle changes that will help you get the best from your workouts, gain more energy, better sleep and overall well being. This can be ongoing monthly or for as long as you need upon consultation.



What does this plan include:

1: 15 minute consultation (Any addtl time is $15 per 30)

 1 private lesson (50 mins) 

 2:  15 min check in sessions ( during the month)

1 week of meal planning tips (includes a 10 min zoom) 

Weekly support/guidance

1 month journal reviews

Before and after photos and measurements
